I want to start by saying thank you Norma for the help and getting the price down. I tried looking online and all I could find was “new tires” coupons. She did an awesome job and was great help. As for Nisan, only two small things. 1. Personally I was shock to learn that you had to redo the test when I had it confirmed all ready from Auto Parts and this time get charged for it. The fact it was the thing confirmed what I said from the Auto Parts place is a little frustrating. It does make me wonder why Auto Parts doesn’t give you a heads up that it’s a general estimate and you would have to go to your dealership to confirm it plus payment. I was not prepared for that but now I know for next time. 2. The 3% increase when paying with credit card saddens me a bit. I prefer using a credit card because it offers better fraud protection and added security for purchases. It also gives me more flexibility and peace of mind when managing transactions. But overall they are small and I understand there are reasons in doing the way you do things so don’t take them too personally. But I do hope you understand my perspective and thank you again Norma.

I was there recently for service and my service advisor Benjamin Sink could not have been any nicer. Greeted me as soon as I pulled in the service garage. Friendly and upbeat. Very aware of my time. Explained the whole process. Kept me informed during the procedure. Made sure I was comfortable. And the service was much quicker than I anticipated. They have a great lounge area.

Had one of the Best Car Buying Experiences in all my times of buying a new carat I-90 Nissan. My sales guy was Andrew Sullivan, and he was just the most easy going, but Professional and Knowledgeable salesperson ever! Very helpful, friendly, and patient. He talked me thur everything with my new 2026 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum. They didn't have the color I wanted, but the next say it was there. I test drove it, and got what I wanted for my trade, and next thing you I was out the door with my new car. And it didn't take ALL DAY like most dealerships. My wife was like, that's thr fastest car buying experience we ever had. So, if your in the market, want a great deal, good to I-90 Nissan and ask for Andrew!
